Renovation to existing building for the new electric vehicles. The work included demolition of walls, floors, and ceilings. The new work included a new dyno pit for testing the chargers. The renovation included new offices and testing/teaching labs. The mechanical and electrical work included new exhaust fans, new ductwork, and all new electrical including controls.
